丁基膠在施工中斷膠是怎么回事？該怎么辦？

　　02丁基膠內含有雜質(zhì)除了在打膠過(guò)程中機器的調試和溫度的把控，丁基膠的質(zhì)量也是影響施工流暢度的一個(gè)重要因素，如果丁基膠內存在雜質(zhì)以及氣泡，也會(huì )造成涂覆不流暢，出現斷膠、堵塞等問(wèn)題，影響施工進(jìn)度。

　　01首先注意施工的溫度控制，根據廠(chǎng)家提供的擠出溫度范圍進(jìn)行設定，一般機筒的溫度在110-130℃之間，為了使膠擠出的更加均勻，機頭的溫度可以稍微高一些，一般范圍在112-132℃之間。

　　Firstly, pay attention to the temperature control during construction, and set it according to the extrusion temperature range provided by the manufacturer. Generally, the temperature of the barrel is between 110-130 ℃. In order to make the rubber extrusion more uniform, the temperature of the machine head can be slightly higher, generally ranging from 112-132 ℃.

　　02溫度的調整需要注意循序漸進(jìn)，在施膠開(kāi)始前，應進(jìn)行適當的排氣，減少內部空氣汽泡，防止擠膠時(shí)出現斷膠現象。
